Ron Pickett embarked on his real estate journey in 1996, following a distinguished nine-year tenure in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a fireman at MCAS El Toro. His entrepreneurial spirit and deep knowledge of real estate contracts led him to establish a successful mobile notary closing document signing business, which he managed for several years.

A dedicated father, he cherishes his experiences coaching little league baseball, and he takes great pride in his son, who now serves as a United States Marine Air Traffic Controller in Oahu. Ron has also volunteered as Union Secretary for over eight years, representing federal employees in discussions with Congress.
A strong advocate for community engagement, Ron dedicates time to organizing fundraisers and charitable events. He thrives on challenging himself through various sports, including skydiving, scuba diving, Ducati track racing, snowboarding, and jetboarding.
Ron is an active member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Laguna Board of Realtors.
