About Rose Cervantes

Rose Cervantes embarked on her real estate journey in the early 1980s, a period marked by soaring interest rates that reached 21 percent for average home loans. Despite these challenging market conditions, Rose's career flourished. As a dedicated agent at a local office, she consistently ranked among the top performers, achieving a remarkable nine-year streak as the #1 agent in the Diamond Bar office. Throughout this time, she maintained a position within the Top 3 in company-wide production among 2,100 agents.

Subsequently, Rose transitioned to another local real estate firm, which soon became part of Century 21. During her tenure in the Century 21 system in the late 1990s, her sales volume doubled, with an impressive average of 70-80 homes sold annually. In 2007, Rose and her husband, George, who is also a broker, relocated and were recruited by Phil and David Romero, the innovative presidents of Century 21 Award.

Rose has earned numerous accolades, including the prestigious CENTURION, DOUBLE CENTURION, and GRAND CENTURION awards, which recognize the top agents within the company on both national and international levels. The couple is actively involved in their local communities, supporting St. Denis Catholic Church in Diamond Bar and St. Paul in Chino Hills. Additionally, they serve as bereavement facilitators and frequently participate in the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce and various fundraising initiatives.
