Previously serving as the President and CEO of an international technology start-up, Malone honed his skills in negotiating intricate business deals both domestically and internationally. Upon relocating to Carmel, Malone joined Sotheby’s International Realty, where he quickly ascended to become one of the top producers. His real estate strategy is informed by his background in hiring and collaborating with professionals across various fields, including law, accounting, and science.

In July 2010, Malone took on the role of Managing Broker at Carmel Realty Company, a distinguished local real estate firm that had primarily focused on property management for many years. Under his leadership, along with a dedicated team of support staff, engaged owners, and 26 active agents, Carmel Realty has evolved into the leading luxury real estate brand in Carmel, Pebble Beach, and Carmel Valley.
