With a career in real estate that began during his college years in the 1980s, he developed a strong foundation in real estate theory through various courses. His passion for the field continued to grow while he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Southern California (USC), where he specialized in finance and minored in real estate. Following his graduation, he obtained his real estate salesperson license and subsequently his broker’s license. He remains committed to professional development through ongoing education, including courses, seminars, and webinars, to stay abreast of industry changes.

His practical experience in real estate commenced in 1990, initially as a mortgage loan consultant. Shortly thereafter, he co-founded a business partnership that focused on real estate sales and mortgage financing. First Priority Real Estate specialized in the buying, selling, and leasing of residential properties, with occasional ventures into commercial real estate. Meanwhile, Trimerica Financial Group concentrated on facilitating real estate purchase and refinance loans for clients. In 2009, armed with extensive knowledge and confidence, he transitioned to become an independent real estate broker.

Throughout his career, he has observed that many agents, despite holding licenses, often lack the training necessary to effectively prepare, structure, and present offers. When representing sellers, he meticulously evaluates incoming offers, guiding clients to navigate potential pitfalls.

His 18 years as a mortgage broker have equipped him with the expertise to communicate effectively with prospective buyers’ lenders, ensuring that clients are genuinely qualified for their purchase loans.
