He has dedicated nearly 15 years to the real estate sector, achieving significant success with high-profile sales that include celebrity estates, expansive income-producing ranches, beachfront properties, and commercial developments.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Russell is passionate about surfing, rock climbing, and sailing. He enjoys exploring the world’s surf spots and immersing himself in diverse cultures, often accompanied by his wife, Elizabeth, their German Shepherd, Riley, and their newest family member, Sage. In 2017, he partnered with Tony Mark to establish "The Mark & Grether Group," combining their collective 35 years of real estate experience to provide clients with unparalleled expertise and dependable service.
