About Russell Bly

Russell Bly, a native of Tampa, possesses an in-depth understanding of the evolving real estate landscape in the Tampa Bay Area. A graduate of Jesuit High School, he furthered his education at the University of South Florida, where he earned degrees in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Engineering Management. During his time at USF, he gained practical experience as an engineer within the Department of Industrial and Management Systems Engineering.

Mr. Bly has consistently demonstrated leadership and excellence throughout his career. He served as President of Alpha Pi Mu, the honor society for Industrial Engineering, and received recognition from the State Governor’s Office during the State's Salute to Public Servants. Following this success, Mr. Bly took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at eVenture Holdings LLC, where he effectively integrated his engineering and management skills with sales and marketing strategies. In this capacity, he managed numerous real estate transactions, overseeing residential property renovations and handling acquisitions and sales of both residential and commercial properties. He continues to serve on the Board of eVenture Holdings, providing consultation on various land deals, including commercial, industrial, farm, and residential properties.
