A resident of Solano County since 1967, Rusty has a diverse background as a former U.S. Air Force military child, having lived in various locations across the United States, Europe, and Asia. He graduated from Vacaville High School in 1976 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 1982.

Before embarking on his real estate career, Rusty spent five years as a manufacturing engineer with FMC Corporation in Orlando, Florida. He returned to Vacaville in 1987 to focus on real estate full-time. With over 35 years of experience in real estate sales and investing, he is a licensed California real estate broker and an active investor, holding both the CRS and GRI professional designations.

Rusty specializes in both single-family and multi-family residential sales, dedicating his efforts to meet the needs of buyers and sellers in Solano County and neighboring areas, including Napa, Contra Costa, Alameda, Yolo, Sacramento, and San Joaquin counties.
