Having grown up in Bakersfield, Ryan has deep roots in the real estate sector. His father established Pacific Shore, a family-run mortgage business, in 1997. As the company expanded to include a real estate division, Ryan gained invaluable experience by assisting with various office tasks during his formative years. After graduating from high school, he pursued a degree in human relations at the University of Oklahoma. Upon returning to California in 2008, he brought with him a strong work ethic and core values centered around trust and loyalty. Although the Great Recession had severely impacted his family’s real estate division, Ryan was determined to revive it, focusing on client satisfaction.

After several years of honing his real estate skills in Orange County, Ryan returned to Bakersfield in 2012 with his wife. He balanced his role as a Pacific Shore agent with a demanding job at Chevron, working 12-hour shifts. Through dedication and perseverance, he successfully revitalized the family business. In 2018, Ryan assumed the role of broker and leader of Pacific Shore Real Estate, continuing the vision set forth by its founders.
