Ryan's career in real estate started immediately after graduation from Shippensburg University After gaining construction experience at a local golf course community and sales experience for a mid-size home builder Ryan had an opportunity to become a partner and later sole owner of HALLMARK HOMES a local homebuilder specializing in new home construction additions and remodeling

During that time Ryan also owned/operated B-DRY SYSTEM a national franchise basement waterproofing company


After 24 years of focusing his attention on building a construction company with a strong reputation for quality construction and building strong personal relationships with his customers Ryan joined REMAX Elite Services to expand his capability to better serve his customers
