A lifelong resident of Morgantown, Ryan Petrucci has been a full-time Realtor since 2006, bringing a wealth of local knowledge and a proven track record of reliability to each client interaction.

Currently, Ryan holds the position of State Director for the West Virginia Association of Realtors (WVAR) and has previously served as a Director for the Morgantown Board of Realtors (MBOR). His contributions to the industry were recognized in 2015 when he was nominated for West Virginia’s Realtor of the Year and awarded the Realtor of the Year title by MBOR. Ryan has also chaired the Government Affairs Committee for WVAR and the Bylaws Committee for MBOR, in addition to participating as a member of the Nominating Committee for MBOR.

Ryan earned his degree in Marketing from West Virginia University’s College of Business and Economics. While at WVU, he played a key role in managing the operation and marketing of 78 rental units in Morgantown, achieving a remarkable 100% occupancy rate for three consecutive years. Before joining J.S. Walker Associates, he worked at Mylan Park, where he contributed to the development and operation of a 300-acre educational and recreational facility.

Passionate about community engagement, Ryan dedicates his free time to coaching the Morgantown Blades Travel Hockey Team and has served on the board of the Morgantown Hockey Association. He resides in the Suncrest area of Morgantown with his wife, Erica, and their two sons. The family enjoys the vibrant atmosphere of Mountaineer football games and the camaraderie of their neighborhood. Erica, a graduate of WVU with dual degrees in Marketing and Sociology, works as a project manager at the Continuous Learning Group, a consulting firm in Morgantown.
