About Ryan Oltman

Ryan, a native of Augusta, Georgia, embarked on a distinguished career after high school by enlisting in the Coast Guard. During his service, he supervised a boat crew focused on Search and Rescue operations and law enforcement activities. While stationed in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, he met his wife, Michelle. Following his military tenure, Ryan transitioned to law enforcement in Augusta and obtained his real estate license, where he began investing in residential properties. The arrival of their first child prompted a relocation to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where he continued his real estate career. During the economic downturn, Ryan took on a role as an investigator for the Washington Department of Revenue, which led to another move for the family, this time to Spokane. He has since resumed his real estate endeavors with Century 21 in Spokane.

Michelle, originally from Northern California, earned her Associate of Arts degree before enlisting in the Coast Guard as an Aviation Maintenance Technician. It was during her service that she met Ryan. Faced with the choice between a military career and family life, she chose the latter, leading the family to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. After dedicating years to raising their child, Michelle decided to join Ryan in the real estate sector. They chose to work with Century 21 Beutler & Associates due to the company’s robust mentoring, team dynamics, and support systems, which enable them to provide exceptional service to their clients.

In her leisure time, Michelle enjoys nature and animal photography, hiking, canoeing on the Little Spokane River, and taking motorcycle rides with Ryan.
