About Ryan Levenson

As a third-generation real estate professional, this agent carries forward a rich family legacy in the Knoxville area. Their grandfather began his career in real estate and home construction during the 1960s and 1970s with Powers Real Estate. Both parents, Rich and Patti, have contributed over three decades to the local market, with more than 20 years at Re/Max Preferred Properties. Together with Rich, they serve as Principal Brokers overseeing four offices in West Knoxville, North Knoxville, Seymour, and Sevier County. A graduate of the Webb School of Knoxville, this agent pursued a degree in International Business and Spanish at the College of Charleston in South Carolina, where they met their wife, Caroline. Following college, they relocated to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, where they enjoyed outdoor activities such as skiing, biking, and fishing, while also gaining experience in building energy-efficient homes (LEED-certified).
