My Story - I immigrated to the United States with my young family in 1998 Although I had arrived with a law degree in hand I chose to continue my education by earning an Associates Degree in Accounting in 2003 and secured an accounting position with a real estate investment company It is at this position that I developed my love for real estate honed my skills in negotiation and developed an in-depth understanding of the real estate market

Clients - I take my real estate career seriously and take a long view towards my clients I want them to be clients for life as long as they will have me I have spent several years building my real estate career and feel it is my mission to help people sell and buy homes

Sales - Not every real estate agent can say that their first listing resulted in a sale within one week for full price I am proud of this fact and believe it was a result of not only “knowing the market” but “how to market” I work hard for all of my clients and this client could not have been happier My goal is to do something similar for you

Research - My combined experience of over 12 years in the study of law and real estate accounting makes me unique in that it has trained me to effectively do the research needed to close deals effectively Not only is it a must to do the research but I enjoy it too! Any advice I provide clients is based on solid research they can trust
