Sabrina is the Designated Broker and owner of EXIT Real Estate Professionals real estate firm in Spokane Washington where currently 45+/- licensees are thriving and growing successful real estate businesses Although Sabrina graduated from law school her true passion is for the real estate industry She has many years of experience including a proven track record listing and selling real estate having closed well over 500 transactions valued at over $100 million since returning to the industry after her law school career She has also actively managed trained and mentored the licensees in her office since 1995
Sabrina also teaches continuing education courses for the Spokane Association of Realtors in Spokane and throughout the state of Washington

Besides numerous production awards from her firm and EXIT Realty Corp International Sabrina is the recipient of many other distinguished awards in the real estate industry including the Realtor Excellence in Professionalism Award for several years the Realtor of the Year for the Spokane Association of Realtors in 2001 the Realtor Achievement Award in 2008 and the EXIT International Ambassador Award also in 2008 when she was a featured breakout speaker at the EXIT international convention in Nashville Tennessee

Sabrina graduated Magna Cum Laude from Gonzaga University in 1992 with Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Political Science and Spanish as well as a concentration in Women's Studies (during which time she started selling real estate as a part-time college job) She graduated Cum Laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 1995 and after passing the Washington bar exam that same year was was admitted to the Washington State Bar Association at which time she decided to return to the real estate industry rather than practice law

Sabrina is active in the Spokane community currently serving as the President of the Gonzaga University Alumni Association Board of Directors and on the Board of Regents Sabrina has chaired the dinner and auction for her children’s school for the past six years raising almost $225 000 for the school’s PTG enrichment programs She has also been a member of the Downtown Rotary Club #21 of Spokane for over 10 years as well as been involved with many other civic organizations over the years

Sabrina married a wonderful man Jeff Schroeder in 2000 They have two wonderful talented and wicked smart and funny children Emerson Grace and Cole Logan Sabrina enjoys spending time with her immediate and extended family especially at local lakes in the Summer “glamping” in the family’s fifth-wheel toy hauler christened “Lola Vengence” (ask her about that story sometime!) snow skiing wine collecting and reading
