Sam holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated in the top 1% of his class. Following his academic achievements, he spent over six years at 3M Company as an advanced process engineer. Subsequently, he transitioned to the role of president and managing partner of his own manufacturing and distribution firms, a position he has held for more than 19 years.

Since 1995, Sam has actively engaged in the acquisition, sale, and development of commercial and residential real estate, overseeing transactions worth millions of dollars. In 2017, he became the managing partner at Total Realty Texas, focusing on property buying, selling, and management.
