Samantha O'Brien relocated from her hometown of Palm Desert to San Diego in 2005 to pursue her education at San Diego State University, where she earned a degree in public relations in 2009. During her final year of college, she began her career in the bar and restaurant sector in downtown San Diego, where she developed exceptional hospitality and interpersonal skills over a decade. This experience allowed her to engage with a diverse array of individuals, fostering meaningful connections within the local community.

In 2017, Samantha transitioned into real estate, driven by her enthusiasm for connecting with people, an appreciation for local architecture, and a deep affection for San Diego itself. From the moment she arrived, she was captivated by the city’s unique architectural styles and its stunning "coastal desert" landscape. Her passion for vintage and antique items extends to her love for historic homes, particularly those that embody character and charm in neighborhoods such as Normal Heights, North Park, Mission Hills, Point Loma, and Kensington.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Samantha enjoys exploring estate sales, browsing local antique and vintage shops, and taking leisurely walks along the harbor to soak in the beauty of the bay.
