Samantha, originally from the Detroit, Michigan area, pursued her studies in Interior Design and Architecture. However, due to limited career opportunities in these fields locally, she transitioned into the restaurant industry, where she excelled as a trainer and marketing promoter for a national chain.

Her journey into real estate began with a leasing role in senior housing just outside Detroit. In this capacity, she managed the leasing of 300 upscale apartments within a senior community, overseeing marketing efforts and maintaining a waiting list for prospective residents.

In 2015, Samantha and her family relocated to Clarksville, Tennessee, seeking proximity to family and improved educational opportunities for her children. Since settling in Clarksville, she has collaborated with a local property management firm, contributing to marketing, leasing, maintenance, and the establishment of new management agreements for over 500 properties across Clarksville and Oak Grove, Kentucky.

Samantha's passion for real estate led her to obtain her license in 2016. As a member of the REALTOR® organization, she actively engages in continuing education courses to enhance her skills and better serve her clients.
