Notable experiences include visiting the Great Wall of China as a child and spending two weeks touring Italy with her 92-year-old grandmother, where she was particularly captivated by the architectural beauty of aged stone, intricate marble designs, and romantic archways.

Sancia’s motivation to become a real estate agent stems from her genuine desire to assist individuals through the home buying and selling process with empathy and care.
