**Sandra Kelley: A Dedicated Real Estate Professional**

Since 2000, Sandra Kelley has been a prominent figure in the Greene County residential real estate market. With a foundational background as a loan closing agent, she possesses extensive knowledge of various loan products and mortgage options available to buyers. Her academic journey at The College of Charleston, where she majored in business and marketing, has significantly enhanced her ability to effectively market diverse residential properties.

Sandra has consistently demonstrated her expertise, achieving Million Dollar Producer status since 2001 and earning the Silver Level Award of Excellence for closing over $2 million in transactions annually since 2003. In 2012, she realized her ambition of establishing her own agency, Paragould Home Source, which transitioned to Weichert REALTORS Home Source in 2019.

Active within the REALTOR® community, Sandra is a member of the National, State, and Paragould Board of REALTORS®. She served as the Executive Officer until 2010 and held the positions of Vice President in 2013 and President in 2014. Her contributions have been recognized with the REALTOR® of the Year award in both 2008 and 2014. Additionally, she participates in various state committees and has served on the State Board of Directors. Currently, she holds the position of 2021 President-Elect for the Arkansas REALTORS Association.

Sandra is deeply committed to the Paragould community. Her involvement includes serving as a Girl Scout leader for several years and coaching a youth soccer team. She supports the GCT JROTC and is an active member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, where she has served on the Parish Council and assists with school and youth group activities. A strong advocate for education, she has earned several prestigious designations, including GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), GRLA (Graduate of REALTOR® Leadership Academy), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), a designation held by only 4% of REALTORS® nationwide. She also holds the e-Pro and C2EX designations.

Residing in the Paragould area since 1997, Sandra and her husband, Jason, are proud parents of two children.
