Sandy has been dedicated to the real estate profession since 1983, when she first became licensed to sell properties in Arizona. She obtained her Arizona Real Estate Broker license in 1986 and has since built a robust career, specializing in the listing and sale of REO properties since 1984 and HUD homes since their introduction in the same year.

In 1990, Sandy successfully completed her first short sale transaction, further expanding her expertise in the field. Her extensive experience includes serving as managing broker and branch manager for several prominent real estate offices in the Tucson area.
