Sara is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker and holds a Texas General Certified Appraisal License, bringing over four decades of expertise in real estate valuation since 1982. She earned her Master’s Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in College Station, where she developed a strong foundation in valuation theories that she effectively applies to real-world transactions.
