About Sara Reel

Sara is a licensed real estate salesperson with Sotheby’s, serving clients across New York and New Jersey. With a strong dedication to her clients, she is passionate about helping individuals realize their property aspirations, whether buying or selling. Previously, as a sales director in the wholesale footwear industry, Sara consistently surpassed multi-million dollar sales targets by prioritizing high-quality service and aligning with client objectives. Her enthusiasm, drive, and commitment to community engagement make her a valuable ally in the real estate market.

Sara approaches each transaction with a tailored strategy that reflects her clients' unique styles, needs, and budgets. She is eager to collaborate with you and is readily available for any inquiries.

**Personal Journey**
Sara's life began in Cielo Cepeda, Bogotá, Colombia, where she was placed for adoption at the FANA Orphanage in January 1977. Adopted later that year, she moved to the United States at three months old, growing up in Long Island, Brooklyn, and Queens.

At 36, Sara embarked on a quest to locate her biological mother. Through online research and the assistance of a colleague, she discovered her mother on Facebook, only to learn that her existence had been unknown to her family. Her mother, a teenager at the time of Sara's birth, had been informed that her child had not survived. This revelation led to a complex emotional journey for both Sara and her family. Eventually, they reunited in Colombia, a transformative experience that instilled in Sara a profound sense of purpose.

Motivated by her personal journey, Sara founded the Through the Eyes of a Rainbow Child Foundation, dedicating herself to helping others achieve their personal and professional aspirations through life and wellness coaching.

The sheer concentration of real estate professionals in Westchester County—all 6,658 agents maintaining active email communication—underscores the market's competitive nature and the high level of service expectations from discerning clientele. This robust agent network spans from the Hudson River waterfront communities to the Connecticut border, creating a comprehensive coverage area that serves diverse price points and lifestyle preferences.

Major Westchester County, New York Real Estate Markets

The county's real estate landscape is anchored by several distinct metropolitan areas, each offering unique characteristics and market dynamics. White Plains serves as the commercial and residential hub, featuring high-rise condominiums and renovated downtown lofts that attract young professionals and empty nesters. Meanwhile, Scarsdale, Bronxville, and Larchmont command premium prices for their prestigious school districts and charming village atmospheres, often seeing bidding wars for well-appointed colonial and Tudor homes.

The Hudson River communities of Tarrytown, Irvington, and Dobbs Ferry have experienced remarkable renaissance in recent years, with waterfront properties and historic homes drawing Manhattan expatriates seeking more space without sacrificing their reverse commute convenience. Northern Westchester areas like Bedford, Pound Ridge, and North Salem offer estate-style properties and equestrian facilities, creating distinct luxury market segments that require specialized knowledge and connections.

Market Dynamics and Geographic Complexity

Westchester County's real estate market operates with surprising micro-local variations, where neighboring towns can demonstrate vastly different pricing trends and inventory levels within the same quarter. The Metro-North railroad lines create distinct corridors of demand, with properties within walking distance of stations in communities like Rye, Mamaroneck, and Mount Vernon commanding significant premiums over comparable homes requiring car transportation to transit options.

Seasonal patterns in Westchester follow unique rhythms driven by the academic calendar, as families with school-age children typically prefer spring and early summer transactions to align with educational transitions. This creates intense competition during peak months, followed by surprising opportunities in fall and winter markets when motivated sellers often accept more favorable terms from prepared buyers.

Why Businesses Need Westchester County, New York Agent Contact Data

Service providers targeting Westchester County's real estate market require comprehensive agent contact information to effectively reach this affluent and active customer base. Mortgage lenders, home inspection services, luxury contractors, and interior designers can leverage direct communication with all 6,658 licensed agents to build referral networks that generate consistent high-value transactions throughout the county's diverse communities.
