Born and raised in Iowa I moved to the valley in 2006 after spending thirteen years in Kansas City I am an alumni of Iowa State University with a B B A in Marketing My background in retail sales and account management in the grocery industry has taught me the art of understanding and communicating with people as well as developing a good business and marketing sense
I have been a full time real estate agent since 2008 I treat my career as just that a career not a part time job or a hobby as I sometimes find in this industry I take pride in learning as much as I can about the real estate industry and it’s ever changing dynamics I focus on the southeast valley primarily Sun Lakes Chandler and Gilbert so that I can keep up to date with market trends in the areas I live work and play It is important to me to be knowledgeable so that I can provide the best possible service to my clients
What I love most about this profession is that it is very satisfying helping people buy and sell their homes Because that process is usually involving something that is personal and important to the client I get to meet a lot of great people I have had the opportunity to help people moving due to a new job watched as people get to move up to a newer home or downsize to a smaller better suited one Many times I am helping people move closer to their families which is a wonderful experience
In my personal time there are a variety of things I like to do I have a super energetic dog named Zoey and she keeps me running! She has been a great addition to my life I also have a wonderful family that lives here in the southeast valley so I enjoy being able to spend time with them and have had the opportunity to enjoy my nephews as they grow up I like to read love to cook new things and spend time with friends at dinner or a movie Finally as time permits I enjoy trying out all the neat ideas I see fixing up my own home
