After completing her studies at Chico State, she dedicated the first seven years of her career to marketing, focusing on aging demographics. However, her upbringing as the daughter of a real estate developer instilled in her a profound understanding of the industry.

In 1995, Sarah launched her real estate career with Elmwood Realty & Investments in Berkeley, where she honed her skills in both residential and investment sales within the complex Bay Area market. Her expertise and dedication led to her becoming the owner of Elmwood Realty in 2005. Following a successful tenure, she transitioned her business to McGuire Real Estate in San Francisco after meeting her husband, who owns the Brewery Gulch Inn. This move brought her to the picturesque Mendocino Coast, where she reignited her passion for real estate.

Now celebrating eight years in this beautiful region, Sarah has built an impressive portfolio of successful transactions with Mendo Realty. She is committed to showcasing her listings to their fullest potential, utilizing professional photography to attract out-of-area buyers in today’s competitive market.

Beyond her real estate endeavors, Sarah actively participates in her family’s vineyard in Anderson Valley, serving as a "vineyard ambassador" for the wineries that source their grapes. In 2012, she and her husband, along with their children, embarked on a multigenerational project by launching their own wine label, Fathers and Daughters Cellars, celebrating the joys of family and fine wine.
