Scott relocated to the Flagler/Volusia area in 1969 from Warren, Connecticut. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Florida State University in 1984 and became a licensed real estate agent in 1986, beginning his career in property appraisal within Flagler County. In 1995, he achieved the Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation from the Appraisal Institute, allowing him to focus exclusively on the Flagler County real estate market.

Scott's in-depth understanding of the local real estate landscape greatly benefits both buyers and sellers. His personal investments in various properties throughout Flagler County enhance his expertise, ensuring informed guidance in every transaction.
