Melinda and Scott Tamkin are dedicated real estate professionals with deep roots in Southern California. Having spent their entire lives in the region, they possess extensive knowledge of its diverse neighborhoods, school systems, and the distinct characteristics of various communities. As true natives, they are now raising a fourth generation of their family on the Westside, including two college-aged sons and a young daughter.

Melinda hails from a family with a rich history in real estate; her mother, father, and aunt formed a successful team for over three decades. This early exposure instilled in her the values of hard work, integrity, and ethical conduct. Before embarking on her real estate career, Melinda worked in Museum Education at the J. Paul Getty Museum and the UCLA/Armand Hammer Museum. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Business from the University of Southern California and continues to pursue her passion for education through art classes at UCLA and mentoring youth.

Scott also comes from a family with a strong background in real estate, encompassing residential, commercial, and development sectors. He has built a reputation as a skilled negotiator, known for his commitment to exceeding client expectations. After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from USC, Scott began his career working with international franchises in Barcelona, Spain.
