Originally hailing from Battle Creek, Michigan, Scott's journey in real estate began in 1992 and has flourished ever since. He has been an integral part of Take Action Properties LLC for nearly a decade, working alongside his wife, Mari Anne Parks.

With a commitment to exceptional service, Scott is dedicated to guiding clients through every step of the real estate process, from listing to closing and beyond. Scott brings over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing to his real estate practice, leveraging this knowledge to benefit both buyers and sellers. His professional background is complemented by his service in the United States Navy from 1982 to 1990, during which he was stationed on the USS Stein and served at various locations, including NAS Oceana in Virginia Beach, NAVFAC Brawdy in the United Kingdom, and NAVCOMMSTA Keflavik in Iceland. His military service earned him several commendations.

Outside of real estate, Scott enjoys fishing and road cycling. He has been happily married to his wife and best friend for over 30 years and is the proud father of two sons, Nicholas and Bradley.
