Originally from North Carolina, Scott has long been drawn to Hawaii, making the islands his permanent home in 1999. He holds degrees from Appalachian State University and UNC-Charlotte, where he was a scholarship athlete in a nationally ranked soccer program. His academic journey included a study abroad program in England and Scotland. Raised in a family with a strong background in real estate investment and development, Scott developed a passion for the industry early on. In his leisure time, he enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, swimming, reading, cooking, and oil painting.
