About Scott Lingo

Scott, a native of Flushing, Michigan, has deep roots in the region, having spent his childhood enjoying family vacations at their lakefront homes. Each Friday, the family tradition involved packing up the car and heading north, fostering Scott's passion for fishing, hunting, and the natural beauty of the area. After graduating from Central Michigan University, he chose to establish his life in Oscoda.

A few years later, he met Kimberly, who was home for the summer while attending Ferris State University. Raised in Tawas, Kimberly and Scott married in 1996 and are now proud parents to two children, Hayley and Jack. They currently reside in Oscoda, where they cherish the opportunity to raise their family in such a vibrant community.
