Since beginning his real estate career in 2002, Sean has established a strong presence in Bellingham and Whatcom County. Over the years, he has successfully assisted numerous buyers and sellers in achieving their real estate objectives, whether it be purchasing a home or selling investment properties. His hands-on experience in designing and constructing five homes has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of residential properties.

In 2012, Sean joined forces with Staci to form the Ryan and Jarvis Real Estate Team, a partnership aimed at enhancing client service while promoting a balanced lifestyle. Outside of his professional life, Sean is a devoted father to four children—two boys and two girls. As the fifth of six siblings, he has four older sisters and a younger brother, which contributed to a rich family dynamic during his upbringing. Growing up on Orcas Island and spending six years living on a boat instilled in him a deep appreciation for community and adventure. He holds degrees in Business and Finance from the University of Washington and Western Washington University.
