About Seth Task

Seth is the leader of The Task Team at BHHS Professional Realty and has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005. Under his guidance, the team consistently ranks among the top 100 globally within the Berkshire Hathaway network and is recognized in the top 0.5% of REALTORS® nationwide based on sales volume. His expertise has led him to present before esteemed organizations such as the Federal Reserve Bank, the Federal Housing Finance Agency, Rural Housing Services, the Veterans Administration, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Seth has held various leadership roles within the Akron Cleveland Association of REALTORS®, including serving as its inaugural president in 2014, following his involvement in the merger task force that unified the Cleveland and Akron boards. On the state level, he assumed the role of President of Ohio REALTORS® in 2021, the largest trade association in the state.

Currently, Seth serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and is a member of its Strategic Thinking Advisory Board. He previously chaired the NAR Federal Finance & Housing Policy Committee in 2015 and the Conventional Financing & Policy Committee in 2019. He has earned the Green designation and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from NAR, and he is a proud graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy, class of 2015.

In addition to his professional commitments, Seth is actively engaged in his community. He has participated in several Chambers of Commerce, served on the Board of Directors for Neighborhood Housing Services of Greater Cleveland, and is a member of the Cleveland Masonic Lodge. He currently holds the position of secretary for the Gates Mills Elementary Parent Teacher Club.
