Sethi has been a resident of Santa Maria since 1989. During her time at a local high school and Allan Hancock College, she co-founded an automotive and residential window tinting business with her husband, JJ. This experience honed her marketing and bookkeeping skills while also fostering her commitment to exceptional customer service.

In November 2004, Sethi transitioned to a full-time career in real estate with Century 21: Armstrong, where she quickly distinguished herself, earning multiple company awards. After taking maternity leave in 2008, she dedicated time to her family, which includes her husband and three children. Despite stepping back, her passion for real estate remained strong.
