Shana is a dedicated real estate professional whose extensive experience and commitment to excellence significantly contribute to the success of Craft & Bauer Real Estate Co. She began her career as a licensed Realtor in 2006, focusing on foreclosures, auctions, and short sales, primarily serving investor clients. After a successful period as a foreclosure specialist, Shana relocated to the Los Angeles area in early 2012, where she took on a role in asset management with an REO servicing company affiliated with a prominent bank. This experience offered her a unique perspective on the foreclosure process from the banking side, reigniting her passion for real estate.

Following her time in asset management, Shana joined the Concierge Service Team at Partners Trust in Beverly Hills, where she spent a year immersed in the luxury real estate market. Eventually, she returned to her roots in Central Valley, where she established the CVRE Home Team, now recognized as the Gates Team. This team of eight specialists is dedicated to delivering exceptional service through innovative marketing strategies and advanced technology for both buyers and sellers.

In addition to her client-focused work, Shana is actively involved in training and developing sales agents within her office. She is passionate about empowering others to make informed investment decisions and has a keen interest in interior design and home flipping.
