A Southern California native, Shannan grew up in Mission Viejo and attended Capistrano Valley High School. Early exposure to open houses, inspired by a father with a keen interest in real estate, ignited [his/her/their] passion for the industry. In 2003, Shannan made a bold decision to leave [his/her/their] job, sell [his/her/their] home, and relocate to Las Vegas to fully embrace a career as a Realtor.

Entering the market at an opportune moment, [he/she/they] quickly discovered the exhilarating nature of real estate. With property values soaring, Las Vegas became a vibrant hub for real estate activity. It was during this dynamic period that Shannan found immense fulfillment in helping clients secure the keys to their future homes—places where they would create lasting memories, retire, or enjoy vacations. [He/She/They] takes great pride in being chosen to guide clients through one of the most significant investments of their lives.

After several years in Las Vegas, Shannan returned to Southern California in 2010 to be closer to family. [He/She/They] briefly transitioned to a career as an insurance broker but soon realized that the excitement of opening a new home far surpassed the enthusiasm surrounding insurance policies. Driven by a desire to rekindle [his/her/their] passion for real estate, Shannan is once again dedicated to helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership.
