Early exposure to open houses, inspired by a father with a keen interest in real estate, ignited [his/her/their] passion for the industry. In 2003, Shannan made a bold decision to leave [his/her/their] job, sell [his/her/their] home, and relocate to Las Vegas to fully embrace a career as a Realtor.

Entering the market at an opportune moment, [he/she/they] quickly discovered the exhilarating nature of real estate. After several years in Las Vegas, Shannan returned to Southern California in 2010 to be closer to family.
