I moved from the Bay Area to Lake Tahoe in 1998 to pursue my love for outdoor activities I received my AA from Lake Tahoe Community College in 2001 and moved to San Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly where I earned my Bachelors in Psychology in 2003 I returned to the lake in the summer of 2003 and started working for Douglas County as a counselor for troubled youth I moved my career up to the lake and worked with El Dorado County as a probation officer in 2005 I decided to change career paths and received my real estate license in 2007 I have been a home owner in the basin since 2005 and did a full remodel on my home allowing me to work with various companies within the basin and to build relationships with them I love being up in this area with the four seasons offering outdoor activities of ones dreams for all seasons and the community oriented spirit that this town envelops Shannon joined the Deb Howard & Co Team in April of 2007 and looks forward to providing you with real estate services that are "Above and Beyond" your expectations shannon@realtordeb com
