Shannon, a native of Charleston, South Carolina, has deep roots in the region. After completing her education in Charleston County, she settled in Cottageville with her high school sweetheart, where they are now raising their two daughters. Shannon embarked on her professional journey with Elite Property Management in Summerville, South Carolina. Within a mere two months, she recognized her passion for the real estate field and pursued further education, obtaining her South Carolina Real Estate Property Manager license in 1995.

In 2004, Shannon accepted a pivotal role as the property manager for a private real estate investor in Walterboro, South Carolina. Initially unfamiliar with the area, she quickly realized the significance of her position working alongside Paul Walker, a seasoned investor with three decades of experience. This opportunity not only validated her skills but also marked a significant advancement in her career.

In 2005, driven by her ambition to expand her expertise, Shannon earned her South Carolina Real Estate License and joined RE/MAX Southern Real Estate, where Paul served as the broker-in-charge.
