About Sharon Carman

Sharon Carman has been a dedicated real estate professional since 1989, specializing in connecting buyers and sellers with their ideal homes. Her enthusiasm for her work is evident, as she is deeply committed to both people and their pets. Known affectionately as “the Realtor for people and pets,” Sharon is actively involved in the pet rescue community, striving to ensure that both individuals and animals find loving homes.

Sharon shares her life with several rescue dogs, which enrich her daily experiences. She finds immense joy in assisting both people and pets in their search for homes, stating, “My aim is to help as many as I can.”

Over her distinguished career, Sharon has received the prestigious Five Star Professional Award from 2011 to 2019, an honor bestowed upon less than 1% of real estate agents in Texas. This recognition is based on client satisfaction, peer recommendations, and sales performance, evaluated across ten key areas including customer service, integrity, and communication. In 2019, out of approximately 61,125 licensed Realtors in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, only 455 were awarded this distinction.

Sharon holds an e-PRO certification from the National Association of Realtors, signifying her expertise in providing innovative online real estate services. Additionally, she has earned certifications in Buyer Representation, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, Texas Affordable Housing, and New Home Sales. As a certified Home Stager, she offers valuable insights to her clients on how to present their homes effectively to attract potential buyers.

A lifelong resident of the DFW area, Sharon moved to Dallas in 1969, then to Joshua in 1972, and finally settled in Arlington in 1976. She graduated from Lamar High School in 1983 and later earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing from Metropolitan State University in Denver, Colorado, in 1992.

Sharon began her real estate career in Denver, where she worked with a global franchise focusing on high-end properties. After completing her degree, she returned to North Texas, stating, “Having lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for most of my life, it truly feels like home.”

Before re-entering real estate in 2000, Sharon gained valuable experience in the advertising sector at one of Dallas's largest agencies, where she honed her skills in creative problem-solving. This experience has proven beneficial in her real estate practice.

In August 2000, she founded The Real Estate Connection to better meet her clients' needs. Sharon is also passionate about community service, volunteering with organizations such as the Red Cross, Miracle League of DFW, Night to Shine (a Tim Tebow initiative), and Habitat for Humanity. She resides in Burleson with her husband, Chris Gallop, a paramedic with over three decades of experience who now works as a set medic in the film industry.

If you need to reach working real estate agents in Johnson County, Texas, this list was built for you. Mortgage lenders, title companies, and insurance providers use it to put their services directly in front of active producers. PropTech companies, continuing education providers, and real estate recruiters rely on it to cut through the noise and connect with licensed professionals who are actually closing deals in this market.

When you buy Johnson County real estate agent email list data from Dr. Bill, you get {{AGENT_COUNT}} actively licensed agents with verified email addresses, plus {{CELL_COUNT}} agents who also have cell phone numbers on file. That kind of reach gives mortgage originators a pipeline of referral partners, gives CE providers a classroom full of agents who need their hours, and gives recruiters a direct line to experienced professionals who may be ready for their next brokerage.

Why Buy a Johnson County Real Estate Agent Email List From Dr Bill

Every record in this list is sourced directly from the Texas state real estate licensing board, so you are not buying guesswork or scraped social profiles. New emails are added weekly, the full list is cleaned monthly, and the entire database is rebuilt from scratch twice a year. That discipline is why Dr. Bill guarantees 96% deliverability — a number most cheap data vendors cannot touch because they are reselling stale files they bought years ago and never updated.

Dr. Bill has been in business since 2005 and has sold over 31,000 lists. That track record matters when you are spending marketing budget on outreach. You are not taking a chance on an unknown data scraper — you are buying from a specialist who has refined this process across nearly two decades and knows exactly what makes agent contact data usable versus wasteful.

How to Use This Johnson County Agent List

The most direct application is email outreach through a cold-email platform like Zap Contact at zapcontact.com, which is built specifically for this kind of targeted professional campaign. You can also use the list for direct mail, SMS and phone campaigns using the included cell numbers, or upload it to LinkedIn for audience matching. Each of these channels works better when the underlying data is accurate, which is where the monthly cleaning and 96% guarantee pay off immediately.

The list also lets you segment by broker versus sales agent, so a recruiter targeting team leaders can filter differently than a title rep blanketing every active licensee in the county. That flexibility is built in.

Why Johnson County, Texas Agent Data Matters

Johnson County includes Cleburne, Burleson, Alvarado, Crowley, and Keene — a mix of established markets and fast-growing communities where active agents are doing real volume. With {{AGENT_COUNT}} verified contacts, you have complete coverage of the county without wasting spend on statewide blasts that dilute your message across agents who will never refer business your way.

No other vendor sells Johnson County agent data segmented down to the zip code level within the county. That precision lets you focus your campaign on exactly the neighborhoods and markets your business serves, making every dollar of outreach more relevant and more likely to convert.
