Sharon Rogers, originally from Cambridge, England, embarked on her professional journey after completing her education. She began her career as a Claims Handler at Royal Insurance, where she honed her negotiation skills with attorneys and third-party property damage adjusters. Subsequently, she took on the role of managing the property and motor claims department for an independent insurance broker.

In 2000, Sharon relocated to the United States with her young daughter and recently achieved U.S. citizenship. Her foray into real estate began in 2003 when she provided support in property management. This experience sparked her interest in real estate transactions, prompting her to enhance her expertise through seminars and training sessions offered by the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the California Desert Association of Realtors (CDAR), and various other organizations.

With nearly 16 years of membership in the California Desert Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, Sharon has established herself as a respected figure in the industry. She has received the Realtor of the Year award and served as the 2014 President of the California Desert Association of Realtors. Additionally, she has contributed to the Government Affairs Committee and the Professional Standards Committee, as well as serving as a Director for the California Association of Realtors.

Throughout her career, Sharon has represented buyers and sellers across the Coachella Valley, specializing in residential and income property acquisitions, as well as property leasing and management.
