Born raised and educated in the western suburbs of Chicago Sharon received a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science with focus on Business and Mathematics at Dominican University River Forest IL Leveraging her education experience and passion for technology Sharon has enjoyed a very successful career within a diverse set of industries including: Financial/Banking Telecommunications Engineering Healthcare Human Resources Benefits Management and Construction

In 1998 she moved to her mother’s home town of Kannapolis NC where her career focus shifted to project management in the financial industry She earned the Project Management Professional PMP® designation demonstrating her extensive knowledge and mastery of project management concepts tasks and techniques that are applicable across virtually any industry and methodology

In 2015 Sharon decided to leave the corporate world to follow her life-long passion for real estate After completing the most comprehensive certification program in the country she founded Rappizazz a flourishing home staging and design business ranked in the “2017 Top 16 Home Staging Companies in Charlotte” according to Expertise LLC Sharon also collaborated with her nephew to establish Fighting Chance Properties a residential redevelopment and real estate investment company that buys renovates and resells properties in need of updates or more extensive renovations
