About Shawn Watson

Since 2005, Shawn has been an active participant in community development as a licensed real estate broker and developer. In 2015, he relocated to the Pacific Northwest, bringing along his rescue dog, Bradley, from a local shelter. Shawn holds a master's degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, complemented by a bachelor's degree in management. His previous experience includes serving as a city councilor and a planning and zoning commissioner.

Shawn is committed to promoting equity in housing and aligns with the National Association of REALTORS in advocating against racism and discrimination.
