About Shelley Bland

Shelley Bland is a dedicated real estate professional and a long-time resident of Briarcliff, where she has also operated her own business for over 15 years. Originally from Temple, Texas, Shelley pursued her education at Texas Tech University in Lubbock.

Following her graduation, she began her career with Club Corp of America, where she progressed from an Athletic Desk Attendant at the University Club in Houston to the role of Membership Director at Lost Creek Country Club, the Metropolitan Club in downtown Austin, and ultimately the UT Club at the University of Texas stadium. Shelley's commitment to excellence drives her to consistently exceed the expectations of those she collaborates with.

In August 2003, Shelley and her son Tyler relocated to Briarcliff, where she met her partner, Anthony Brewster. Together, they manage Austone Granite, a business specializing in granite, quartz, and marble countertops. With a family background in real estate—her mother and aunt operated a real estate office in the Temple/Belton area for 22 years—Shelley has always been connected to the industry. She is now excited to embark on her own real estate career.
