Shelli holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University. She began her professional journey at Boeing Commercial Aircraft in Seattle, where she contributed to the development of wide-body airplanes. In 2000, she relocated to Austin and spent nearly two decades as a program manager at Emerson Process Control.

Her analytical skills, combined with a genuine passion for connecting with people, naturally led her to a career in real estate.
