About Sherrie Cremen

Sherrie Cremen, originally from Maryland, began her professional journey in hotel management. In 1987, she married Mark Cremen, and the couple welcomed their daughter, Samantha, the following year. In 1996, the Cremen family relocated to Ocean City, Maryland, where Sherrie continued her career in the hospitality industry and they made their first foray into real estate by purchasing a four-plex investment property, marking the start of their real estate journey.

Driven by a desire to reside in what they considered “Paradise,” the family moved to North Port, Florida, in 1998. There, they actively engaged in buying and selling investment properties. With limited opportunities to advance her career in convention hotels, Sherrie transitioned to a local golf and country club, where she conducted informational tours of the community and new home builders. This experience inspired her to obtain her real estate license.

Since 2002, Sherrie has specialized in new home construction, general real estate sales, and property management. She is dedicated to serving the North Port and Charlotte areas. Additionally, she is proud to be the grandmother of a future Realtor®, Kristalyn, who will carry on the family legacy in about 18 years.
