Sidnev launched her professional journey as a marketing director for a technology firm while pursuing her degree in Marketing at the University of Louisville, where she also minored in International Business and became fluent in Mandarin Chinese. After earning her degree, she relocated to Boca Raton, Florida, and embarked on a real estate career in 2004.

Within her first three years, she distinguished herself as a top producer and was recognized as a leading rookie mortgage consultant. Seeking new opportunities, Sidnev moved to California, initially settling in Northern California before eventually making her way to San Diego.

In her role as a real estate agent, she has effectively assisted both buyers and sellers, leveraging her extensive background in funding to facilitate seamless transactions. Her diverse experience encompasses traditional sales, short sales, real estate-owned properties, rental placements, and commercial investments, equipping her to address a wide range of client needs.
