Silvia Nemer established Nemer Real Estate as a Broker/Owner in 2018, building on her extensive experience in the real estate development sector, which began in 1998. Her family's contributions to the industry include the development of several neighborhoods in Alachua and Lake Counties, such as Wellendorf, Abbington Oaks, San Felasco Estates, Wingspread, The Glen, and communities under the "Tara" brand.
Relocating to Gainesville in 1998 at the onset of her freshman year, Silvia completed her final two years of high school at Santa Fe Community College. She furthered her education at the University of Florida, earning dual master's degrees in International Business and Construction Management. Silvia and her husband, Bassel Nemer, are proud parents of three children.
