Sonia Z. commenced her real estate career at Wardley Better Homes and Gardens, where she served as a receptionist and office assistant from 1993 to 1996. During this foundational period, she obtained her Utah Real Estate license and transitioned into various roles, including licensed assistant, buyer's agent, marketer, listing coordinator, and short sale negotiator. In 1998, she joined Alpine Homes, where she established her own real estate team while managing a model home in Roy, Utah. Her expertise expanded to include short sales, property investment, and mentoring new agents.

In 2007, Sonia was recruited by Keller Williams with the expectation of assuming a team leader role and participating in the “MAPS” coaching program. This experience enhanced her knowledge of innovative systems and client retention strategies. However, she was soon invited back to The Franklin Group by the broker to lead a real estate team.

From 2008 to 2009, Sonia successfully grew a team of real estate professionals and assistants, becoming a recognized expert in short sale transactions for both her clients and those of other Utah realtors.

Since 2009, Sonia has continued her career at RE/MAX, where she specializes in short sales and provides assistance to fellow agents in navigating these complex transactions. She has worked independently across all facets of real estate marketing and sales, both full-time and part-time.
