Spencer Southey moved to Idaho from Washington State after a family friend introduced him to the area All it took was one visit and he knew the Treasure Valley was home Since moving he has spent extensive time getting to know the different neighborhoods in Boise as well as neighboring cities Spencer enjoys spending time cruising the Greenbelt with his dog Olive fishing riding dirt bikes visiting local breweries and restaurants and continuously doing home improvements

Spencer left behind a successful career in the senior care industry where he owned and operated a placement agency His role involved helping seniors find their perfect living situation and working with families to make meaningful life decisions After moving to Boise Spencer worked with a local modular construction company in a multitude of roles He completely renovated his entire home himself using what he knew and learned from those roles Spencer’s background naturally lends itself to be a great realtor With the ability to listen to peoples’ needs and provide guidance during pivotal times as a placement agent and the knowledge of fine construction he has gained Spencer and his clients are set up for success in the real estate
