About Stacey Caldwell

Stacey, originally from Connecticut, relocated to Savannah, Georgia, with her husband before being stationed at Fort Bragg. In 2001, she began her career as a first-grade teacher at Pinehurst Elementary School. During her time in Moore County, she took on leadership roles, including chairing the Courtesy Committee and contributing to the Student Support Team.

Throughout her tenure with Moore County Schools, Stacey earned recognition as a Highly Qualified Teacher and received the National PEAK (Positive Energy and Kindness) Award from the Ron Clark Academy.

After departing from Moore County Schools in 2009, Stacey remained dedicated to her community by volunteering in the Pet Responsibility program and positively influencing military children with her therapy dog. From 2011 to 2014, she also worked part-time as a preschool teacher at Little People Loving and Learning Preschool.

In 2014, Stacey transitioned to real estate, serving as an assistant to Bill Smith at Berkshire Hathaway. In the summer of 2018, she obtained her real estate license to pursue her own career in the field.

Stacey continues to be actively involved in her community, tutoring students with the help of her therapy dog, teaching the Pet Responsibility Program, and serving as a parent military liaison for Vass-Lakeview Elementary. Since 2015, she has been a member of the Board of Education, participating in various committees, including Facilities, Appeals, Planning and Development, and Policy.

Stacey believes that her diverse experiences as a military spouse, parent, educator, school board member, and community volunteer will greatly benefit the Berkshire Hathaway team.
