Steve serves as a Realtor with RE/MAX Executive Realty, holding licenses in both North and South Carolina. With a background as a CPA in Connecticut and Florida, along with experience as a corporate finance officer for a prominent regional homebuilder, Steve is committed to delivering outstanding service to his clients.

Married to Linda since 1984, Steve is a dedicated family man and father to two children, Alyssa and Matthew. Outside of his professional commitments, he enjoys family time and is active in sports such as tennis and baseball, as well as skiing and travel.

Originally from Connecticut, Steve earned dual degrees in accounting and marketing from Syracuse University’s Whitman School of Business. He began his career at a major international public accounting firm in New York City before relocating to South Florida and ultimately settling in Charlotte in 1996.

Steve has garnered recognition as a leader in both his professional and personal life. He has participated in Business Week’s conference for real estate executives and has been listed in the National Register’s Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals. Since 2007, Charlotte Magazine has honored him as a 5-Star leader for exceptional customer service in real estate, a distinction awarded to only 3% of licensed agents in the Charlotte area. He is also a graduate of the Lee Evans Group program, known for its excellence in management education within the home building sector. A pioneer in adopting technological advancements in real estate, Steve is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and the esteemed RE/MAX Chairman’s Club.
